An alumnus of India’s premier hospitality institute, IHM Pusa, Garima completed her graduation in Hotel & Hospitality Management, sharing alma mater status with legends like Padma Shri MasterChef Sanjeev Kapoor and Chef Manjit Gill.

She began her professional journey with Hyatt Regency, New Delhi, gaining hands-on experience in hotel operations. Her leadership potential was soon recognized by H&M Retail Pvt. Ltd.,where she joined as a Management Trainee. After a brief stint preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination – 2019, she transitioned into the corporate world with Naukri.com, India’s leading job portal.

At Naukri.com, Garima quickly made her mark as a high-performing Resume Writer, known for managing complex client escalations, maintaining a record of nil customer complaints, and achieving the highest CSAT scores on the floor. Her dedication was acknowledged by the Vice President of Resume Writing, she was honored with an award, and got promoted to the next role within just six months of joining.
